    Delegate Course Status Restrictions

  • Post qualification with status, date received and date of expiry.
    Functionality: When this option is selected against the confirmation status, the user will save the status against the delegate and the system will auto post a qualification. The auto-post qualification will also post the ‘Status’, ‘Date Received’ (based on when the confirmation status has been selected and save) and ‘Date of Expiry’ (based on the qualification expiry terms).

  • Hide ‘Q’ button.
    Functionality: When this option is selected against the confirmation status, the user will save the status against the delegate and the ‘Q’ button will be hidden or greyed out on the delegate row so that the user cannot select it. NO qualification will be auto-posted.

  • Post qualification with status but exclude date received and date of expiry.
    Functionality: When this option is selected against the confirmation status, the user will save the status against the delegate and the system will auto post a qualification. The auto-post qualification will also post the ‘Status’ but leave the ‘Date Received’ & ‘Date of Expiry’ BLANK.
