Investment in the business meant Elysium were working hard to improve their market share in alternative lending.
For Elysium, choosing the right CRM software to support the growth of the company was a priority. After much consideration and viewing a number of demos with various software providers, Elysium chose to work with BrightOffice.

BrightOffice were able to develop tailored lending case workflows for Elysium. They are used from fact-find to drawdown. The cloud-based system also makes it simple to provide statements to customers and investors via the integrated email ledgers.
Several days of on-site training was given to the Elysium team as part of the package, plus additional and ongoing training for new staff.
We had a record year for lending last year and are looking to build on that in 2018. Our software platform from BrightOffice is fundamental to that.
